Shipping / Exchange and Returns Conditions

SHIPPING POLICY

- Packages are shipped 1-2 business days after you place your order. If we have time we can ship it the same day. 

- Packages are sent with Canada Post. We don't ship during Canada Holidays. 


** Delivery expected date are estimations, with the COVID--19 spreading all around the world, delivery delays appear in many countries. **



► CANADA: with a tracking number. 

• Quebec: 1-5 business days, Express: 1-2 business days, UPS Express Saver (1 business day) 
• Ontario, Manitoba and Maritime: 2-6 business days, Express: 2-4 business days, UPS Express Saver (1 business day)
• Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Colombia: 5-10 business days, Express: 3-5 business days, UPS Express Saver (1 business day)
• Northern Canada: 7-14 business days, Express: 5-7 business days 



► USA : The package is sent with Canada Post or Chit Chats and is transferred to USPS with a tracking number. 

• Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days 
• Expedited Parcel: 4-5 business days
• Express: 3-4 business days, can be sent with UPS
• Expedited with UPS: 2 business days  
• Express with UPS: 1 business day
 

► INTERNATIONAL and EUROPE: The package is transferred to your national post service with a tracking number. 

• Standard Shipping: 5-13 business days 
• Express International: 3-7 business days 

► Germany: with tracking number

• Standard Shipping: 12-20 business days 
• Express International: 5-7 business days 



- To count the number of days for delivery, you have to start counting the day after sending the package and weekends doesn't count. 

- Delivery times are estimations and customs delays can happen sometimes, especially during the Christmas period. 

- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We aren't responsible for customs delays.

- If the package is returned to us because of a wrong address or because you have not been picking up the parcel at your post office on time. The customer will have to pay the costs incurred and the costs for a second shipment.

- You will not be refunded if the package is delivered to the wrong address unless the package comes back to us.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

- If you are not satisfied with one of our products, we will gladly exchange it or refund you.

- First, contact us for any exchange or return of article, mentioning your name, address and if possible your order number.

- Customers can exchange or be refunded on unworn items, they have 30 days to do it from the date the item arrives at the customer. For a Christmas present, you have until January 15th to contact us for a return or exchange.

- The customer must return the item at his own expense and no delivery charges can be refunded. 
  
- Items that can not be exchanged or refunded: Goggles and pompoms.

- For EU customers, according to the law of the consumers, they can cancel an order 14 days after it, except on made-to-measure items and must return the package at their expense.
