Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase. Same-day shipping is possible when feasible. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link (“View your order”).

Note: We do not ship on Canadian public holidays. Delivery times are estimates only. Express guarantees are suspended by carriers since COVID-19.

Canada

• Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD (before tax and discounts).
  Exception: Northern Canada — $7.90 CAD flat rate.
• Orders under $75 CAD: $15.90 CAD (or $23.80 CAD for Northern Canada).

All our products are handmade in Québec, Canada, and qualify as Canadian-origin goods under the USMCA trade agreement. This means your order ships duty-free to the United States.

Free shipping thresholds: 60 € (EU), 60 CHF (Switzerland), £60 (UK). Packages are transferred to your national postal service with tracking.

General information

• Delivery times start the day after shipment (weekends excluded).
• Customs delays may occur outside Canada.
• Import taxes and duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
• If a parcel is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or non-pickup, reshipping and incurred costs are billed to the customer.

Refusing a parcel is strongly discouraged: third-party carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx) often return them to international hubs, causing extra delays and costs. For returns, refer to our Return Policy.
