Processing Time
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase. Same-day shipping is possible when feasible. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link (“View your order”).
Note: We do not ship on Canadian public holidays. Delivery times are estimates only. Express guarantees are suspended by carriers since COVID-19.
Canada
- Free shipping on orders of $75 CAD or more (before tax and after discounts), everywhere in Canada.
- Orders under $75 CAD: $10.90 CAD (Québec, Ontario, Western Canada), $15.90 CAD (Maritimes) or $23.80 CAD (Northern Canada).
Shipped with Canada Post or Purolator.

- Free standard shipping on all orders of $105 USD or more (after discounts), which includes every hat.
For orders under $105, such as aviator goggles ordered on their own, standard shipping is:

Only standard shipping is available for these orders.
Packages are shipped with UPS and include a tracking number.

• Faster UPS options (3 business days, 2 business days, 1 business day) are offered at checkout on orders of $105 USD or more
No customs duties for you
Our hats are handmade in Québec, Canada. When you order our hats or aviator goggles, you pay no customs duties on delivery to the United States.

Please note: our fur earmuffs and fur pom-poms are not available for shipping to the United States, due to high import duties on these items.

Free shipping thresholds: 60 € (EU), 60 CHF (Switzerland), £60 (UK). Packages are transferred to your national postal service with tracking.

General information
- Delivery times start the day after shipment (weekends excluded).
- Customs delays may occur outside Canada.
- Outside the United States, import taxes and duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
- If a parcel is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or non-pickup, reshipping and incurred costs are billed to the customer.
Refusing a parcel is strongly discouraged: third-party carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx) often return them to international hubs, causing extra delays and costs. For returns, refer to our Return Policy.
