Return/Exchange Policies

INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS

- If you are not satisfied with one of our products, we will gladly refund you within 30 days of delivery, or until January 10 for a Christmas gift.

- If the hat is too large, remember that you can tighten it with the buckle on the back or the velcro inside.

  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • A partial refund will be applied to any item, not in its original condition or damaged or with missing parts or returned after 30 days of delivery.

- For an exchange, you can either request an exchange of product or size or make a return and place a new order on the website.The second option is faster.

- Once your return is received, we will inspect it and refund you within 1-2 business days to the original payment method or with a gift card depending on your choice. Any previous delivery charges cannot be refunded. You will receive an email notifying you that the refund has been made. Allow 3 to 8 business days to see the refund on your credit card account.

- Refusing a package is not making a return, it is absolutely not recommended and incurs costs. It is at your risk that we never receive the package. See the note on this subject at the bottom of the page Shipping Policies.


CANADA:

You can choose to return the goods at your expense OR we can provide you with a return label at a cost of $10 for Quebec and Ontario, $13 for the Maritimes, $15 for Western Canadian and NL, and $17 for Northern Canada. These amounts are modest since the real cost is higher.

USA: We will provide you with a return label at a cost of $13 USD.

OTHER COUNTRIES :

- The customer must return the item at his own expense with the postal service of his country.

 

HOW to do it?

1. Access the Online Returns Portal.

2. Enter your order number and your email and click on "Find your order". Next, click the blue “Create a Return” button.

4. Select the item(s) you wish to return and click 'Next'.

5. Click if you want a refund and continue.

6. Choose the reason for the return and you can write a comment and add photos if necessary and then submit the request.

7. We will receive your request and approve it within 24-48 business hours. Then you will receive an email with the instructions.

8. You will receive an email at each step that will be completed in the return process.

9. You can check the progress of your return at any time on the Online Returns Portal.
