How to Measure Your Head
• Use a soft measuring tape
• Place it just above your eyebrows and ears
• Measure the widest part of your head
• Do not pull too tight or leave it too loose
• Measure 2–3 times to confirm accuracy
• If you are between sizes, choose the larger one

Use a string or rope, wrap it around your head, then measure it with a ruler.
